Later added quality data can reference production sites. Different reports and analysis will help out then to learn from matching production and quality data.

Web interfaces can be slow. We test all C-sar sites with slow connections at our department in Colombia.
C-sar ships in English and Spanish. Use the "World selector" in the header so select yours. We are looking forward to support more languages in the near future.
C-sar connects product information along the supply chain. Cupping samples are attached to coffee batches and these are referencing their most accurate source. All references are reflected by C-sar, which enables you to query qualities, compare coffees or check cupping consistency in an easy way.
Benefit with your supply chain partners with data sharing. Why entering data twice? There is no need for that if a secure data sharing mechanism is in place. As a producer you can benefit from quality control feedbacks from your clients. As a roaster you can save time by having producer and harvest data provided by your suppliers.
You can trace coffee lots to its source. We support tracing of lots till the farm or washing station level. For your non-blend coffees this means you can tell your clients exactly where the coffee is coming from.
