A simple interface for roasters to enter data real time while they are roasting, taking roast color or getting a new bag from the warehouse. You can upload roast curves and browse roast recipe for best advice how to roast a batch. Roast module is integrated with your warehouse module and subtracts weight from there automatically.
Some coffees age quickly and you would need to sell them at lower prices if you do not realize the change soon enough. With C-sar you can cup a coffee instantly and monitor the quality.
Various chart outputs help you to monitor different aspects of your production. You may first notice spider diagrams for cupping or box and whisker for coffee quality.
Sourcing and Lot assembly is easy in C-sar. The sourcing module helps you to combine four aspects: The source where the coffee comes form, the variety, the quality and quantity. All you need for basic evaluation and quality categorization is in one place.
When coffee lots are qualified you want them to allocate in a container. You can do so in C-sar by creating a new Shipment and add the sourcing lots you want. Here you can manage ICO numbers and transporting and coffee storage methods. When a shipment arrives it is as allocated in the warehouse module.
C-sar adopts your cupping sheets and look and feel. We create your cupping and physical sheet as you want it to be. Easily upload your logo and choose a color theme that you prefer.
C-sar connects product information along the supply chain. Cupping samples are attached to coffee batches and these are referencing their most accurate source. All references are reflected by C-sar, which enables you to query qualities, compare coffees or check cupping consistency in an easy way.
Benefit with your supply chain partners with data sharing. Why entering data twice? There is no need for that if a secure data sharing mechanism is in place. As a producer you can benefit from quality control feedbacks from your clients. As a roaster you can save time by having producer and harvest data provided by your suppliers.
You can trace coffee lots to its source. We support tracing of lots till the farm or washing station level. For your non-blend coffees this means you can tell your clients exactly where the coffee is coming from.

Web interfaces can be slow. We test all C-sar sites with slow connections at our department in Colombia.
