C-sar provides an interface for real-time data capturing during roasting. You can automatically upload roast curves and browse roast profiles for best advice on how to roast a batch or set a certain roast curve as reference. Roast information is automatically synchronized with the rest of your data, e.g. weights are automatically subtracted from the cocoa in your warehouse.

With our Roasting Intelligence tool you can save the readouts of your temperature probes affixed to your roaster directly into C-sar. At the same time you have full control looking at the actual roast curve and see actual temperature and ramp rates (rise rates) which helps you interacting with your roaster at the most important moments during the roast process.

The roast explorer is an interactive chart that unveils important correlations. See which impact parameters such as roast duration, shrinkage, roast value or charge temperature have on the quality of your cocoa.

In C-sar you can manage beyond roast curves. Overlay curves, compare them to cuppings and get new insights. Apart from the curves, you are enabled to control whether airflow or gas control has any effect on the roast batch.
