In Cropster C-sar all your relevant information is organized efficiently according to lot quality (cupping, green grading and internal rating), roasting performance and origin. It enables full lot traceability and delivers transparent and meaningful information. Various reports featuring a variety of charts and list outputs provide deeper insights into your quality data. That enables you to easily spot trends and outliers, take the right decisions and keep in full control of all your operation.

Cupping and Physical Analysis

C-sar supports sensorial (cupping) and physical analysis (green grading) of your coffees. It efficiently manages cupper scores and notes. You can add physical analysis by capturing bean moisture, screen sizes, and defects. It scales from simple and small to large and complex labs: You can schedule cuppings, manage multiple labs, and rate multiple samples at once. This interfaces are optimized for iPads.

C-sar connects product information along the supply and processing chain. Monitor the quality of each processing step of your coffees, from green to roasted coffee. Lab samples are attached to batches and these are referencing their origin (all the way down to farm level). All these references are reflected by C-sar, which enables you to query for quality, roasting success or check cupper panel consistency.
